have a dell using windows xp and a hp officejet 6110 all in one printer that is no longer working..moved computer to a new location and when i hook printer up nothing works but to copy something..getting a message saying usb device not found doesn't recognize printer..tried removing and installing printer and still didn't work...there are no errors in the device manager...when the printer is truned on and the usb cable is plugged in the computer it causes eveything on the computer to freeze including the wireless mouse and keyboard..can't do anything till you turn off printer or unplug the usb cable..also when the printer is off and the usb cable is plugged in or sometimes when it allows the usb to be plugged in with printer on get detected unknown device...no idea what the problem is and it's frustrating everything worked fine till it was moved downstairs...anyone have suggestions as to what may be wrong?

I had the same problem I am not a pro at this but I found that if I did not plug the usb cord into the same port as it was in when I first downloaded the program. It said it did not reconize the device. That with pluging the device in after the download of the program.
