Derbiz.com /Search Miracle

My computer has been infected with adware which changes my homepage to www.derbiz.com and adds "launch derbiz.com" icons to the desktop. When these are deleted they reappear on startup. Also, i am bombarded with popups from www.searchmiracle.com which i beleive are something the same as the elitebar. Can anyone help the situation as Ad-Aware does not seem to pick these up.
