Message Box says:
Outlook Express could not be started because another instance of it is still running on your computer.

This happens all day long and I have to restart my computer!!!

Yes I have McAfee VirusScan.
Also, Ad Aware, Spybot S & D.
Maybe Outlook Express 6 has a virus or bug problem.

Newest problem: Message Box: This program has performed an eillegal operation & will be shut down.

This was a common problem with old versions of Mcafree...I don't know what version you have, but the first thing you ought to do is update everything that interacts with the email account (mcafree has realtime virus scanning for incomming mail).

You should also update Outlook Express as well.

Then see if the problem recurs. If so, come back and report
