Hi, every time I try to shut down or restart, I get the following error:

sw: AcroRd32.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x24002d15" references memory at "0x24002d15". The memory could not be "read".

Click OK to terminate etc.

I get this even if I have not used Adobe Reader. I have the latest version, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

did you still get the same error when acrobat was completely uninstalled?

found this...which suggests a conflict with one of the office tools... i unfortunately have no clue what tool they're talking about

Hmmm neither do I. No the problem does not occur with Adobe Reader uninstalled. So all I need to do now is "leave out the web debugging portion of the HTML source editing tool".... Simple.
