Hello,

Tonight I found out that my brother installed MSN Plus!, including the full sponser programs and irremovable favorites entries. After instructing him to never again download or install anything without my consultation, I ran a search for ways to fully remove MSN Plus and came across this thread:

Well, I've uninstalled MSN Plus, restarted the machine, and run HiJackThis. I am looking to delete the offending favorites folders and entries, (I moved all of the other entires into a separate folder so I wouldn't accidentally delete them), which would be everything in the favorites folder.

• A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish Please Post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a fresh HijackThis log

Hi Supa Cow,

* Please re-open HijackThis and scan. Check the below entry:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [logo bike way stupid] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MessSafeLogoBike\FindRef.exe

Close any open windows except for HijackThis then click on Fix checked.

* Boot into Safe mode by tapping F8 as your computer restarts. Make sure you can view hidden files and folders

Delete the following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MessSafeLogoBike

I have no information about this one:

C:\Documents and Settings\[bleep]\Application Data\Kindbagspoll <If you dont know what is it or if you didnt install it, please delete also.

* Restart in normal mode, post back a new hijackthis log and tell us how the things are running now, please.
