Blue Screen of Death?

Oh, man. So last night I installed this game on my computer and today I got that blue screen... twice! I dont know anything about how to fix something like this so I might need a lot of very specific help. Then again, this might be nothing and Im totally wrong. So Im playing this game and all of a sudden... BAM! Theres the screen. It says this:

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to the system.

If this is the first time that youve seen this Stop Error Screen, restart your computer. I f this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options and then select safe mode.

if its zone alarm then it maybe your problem
