Just so you know the level of computer wizardry you are dealing with; I have very basic knowlege of a computer, and no clue regarding its inner workings .
I ran McAfee VirusScan 8.0.0 today, and it came up with a few programs which it could not scan, because apparently they are encrypted. I just want to know if my computer is okay, or not! This is the scan log:
