go to the search engine website and look for a link on them somwhere that says submit site.

Be careful some of them have hidden fees or will only let you get submitted if you pay for it. and it isn't cheap, they want it done every year.

Search engines look for meta tags - quite important but also very debateable as to if they help or not in search engine placement..

Build your own meta tags, and paste these into your website using the link shown below

i forgot to mention - do not excpect over night results when yu submit your site to google, it will be a while before the google "bot" visits your site and makes an evaluation. so it could be anything - even might take up to a month at times. But keep checking regularly to see what the results are.

Also remember that your site MUST be complete - no dead links and other stuff. Also try to have the main keywords, that one might enter into search engines" repeated in your home page so that it is picked up by the bot - and watch out for putting too much of this as it might weigh against you later

hope these tips help

Very interesting question.. I have a free course if you want to get hits to your site!
It can be found at: http://getrafficandcash.bravehost.com

To get listed in Google: Either go to google search for 'add your site'
Or you can go to http://www.rlrouse.com/SEO.html That is a free guide to Get placed amongst the Top 10 in Google..

You will not just list your site/but get placed/ranked high...

Help ask me..I am a Marketer, online for 1 year.
