I just got a new hard drive for my laptop because my old one crashed. I installed windows XP onto it but now my webpages are wavy when i try to scroll up and down. I have a dell latitude c640 and it was a 60gb hard drive i installed. What do i do to fix this ?

from start>>>control panel>>system>>hardware>>>device manager>>>if you see any yellow or red marks right click on one and click update driver

if you dont see any click on the + signs for processers modems sounds audio or just check them all and update them


you may need to go here and look to see what order your drivers need to be installed

once your done with drivers update your java from here
