Just reinstalled windows and now my webpages are wavy ?

from start>>>control panel>>system>>hardware>>>device manager>>>if you see any yellow or red marks right click on one and click update driver
if you dont see any click on the + signs for processers modems sounds audio or just check them all and update them
you may need to go here and look to see what order your drivers need to be installed

once your done with drivers update your java from here

update your windows
http://update.micros...t.aspx?ln=en-us
