Using latest versions of Internet Explorer and SBC Yahoo Browser.

When I choose to open a new browser window through SBC Yahoo Browser, instead of opening a new window through SBC Yahoo it will open a new window through Internet Explorer. This slows down my system and is a rather new problem. I

How do I make it so when I choose to open a new browser window through SBC Yahoo it will continue to utilize SBC Yahoo and NOT force itself to go through IE?
