When i'm playing games online I constantly shoot up to 1000+ ping, my firewall activity is telling me that svchost.exe is is taking up all the bandwidth. Don't have any viruses/malware and this just started yesterday.

Any way to limit it's bandwidth or fix this?

EDIT: nevermind, I found the problem and it is doing fine now.

Edit: Edit: It was downloading updates, I don't know why it can't give me some kind of message.
