removing norton anti virus corp.edition

I just bought the new n.a.v. 2007. Some form of the corporate edition was on my computer, and the new version asked to remove the old. Symantec sent a no nav tool to help remove it. it removed it from my control panel, but when i try to run the 2007 version it says it's still on my computer. now it says i have to remove it manually. i got no IDEA how to do that. they sent me a doc. # to help me remove it manually, but it is greek to me.
Can someone please help?
