Hey guys.

Well as I'm always on the internet, when I start up my computer, I get these error messages.
The first one I've had for ages now, but this second one has just come up when I was prompted to upgrade my browser.

Error Loading C:\PROGRA~\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\MWSBAR.DLL
The specified module could not be found.

And this is the more recent one after browser upgrade...

SmartBridge Alerts: BTHelpNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found.

The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

Unfortunatly I dont know much about computers yet :blink: , so your answer, if you have, would have to be very detailed!

Many thanks :whistling:

First of all thank you for replying so quickly.

As I'm not sure of the forums on the link, I will add an attachment of the log I copied from HijackThis before I do anything. Maybe you could have a look and make a note of which would be helpful to be unchecked etc.
If not, perhaps you could link me to the correct forum? :whistling: I did have a look but wasnt too sure!

Thanks again,

I did give it a brief read, but nothing makes sense :whistling:

But, this one did stand out;

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Motive SmartBridge] C:\PROGRA~1\BTBROA~2\SMARTB~1\BTHelpNotifier.exe

Looks like one of the errors.

Not to sure of the other error though.
