everytime i close a webpage i get an error message that says the instructions at "0x62304390" refrenced memory at "0x62304390" The memory could not be "read"

what does this mean?

Ive seen this before, all the times i have seen it a reinstall of xp fixed it, but it could mean you have some bad ram, boot and run from the microsoft memory diagonstic and check your ram.
