computer not booting, no beeps

i turn it on and everything starts up, but there are no beeps and nothing on the screen. before this the CD drives and the HD werent powering on but i rearranged the power cords and they are on now, but still nothing. in the past this has happened but i just reseat the video card and it works fine. worked a week or two ago then moved the computer downstairs and it wont work, possibly something has jiggled out of position? everythings connected that i can see, tried with a different moniter also

I would try replacing the power supply on the computer.
