Problems transfering from internet with Windows 98

hello, I am running Windows 98 and I installed Spyware doctor, spyware doctor clean up some spyware. But now when I connect to the internet I am connected but no files would transfer. Its not connecting to any of the instant messengers. Its connected to my ISP but not transfering any files or connecting to any remote servers.

Can anyone please help.

P.S by the way I am using someone system so don't think I have the problem solved :tazz:

Sounds like a broken ipstack after some spyware inserted its own layered service provider.

This is where you can get a program to fix it, but just run it..do not fix anything until you report back what it found

Thanks I have ISP.DLL in the remove section of the program
