you could try disabling this way

go start ..run..type in ...msconfig...click ok

at start up tab look for that process unceck it then restart

then try to log on

unclick what process...msconfig is not in my start up tab

from your start menu..........go to run......type in msconfig....click ok......system configuratin utilities will open
look for start up tab.....click on it.....then look for ....lxamsp32.exe.....if its there uncheck the box beside it then restart

or check your internet settings ...tools....internet options..,.connections....always dial default connection....the click on LAN..make sure it checked on automatically detect my settings....close by clicking ok.....then ok again.....
