I know "Fenor" has posted how to do this manually, but I found this tweak on "Internet Explorer 7 General Forum" that you can D/L from Enhanceie.com. This is for WinXP Home

Enhanceie.com

I just D/l it so have not used it yet. Will do it tomorrow.

Here is link from IE7 Forum where I found this:

IE7 Forum

Moving the menu bar above the navigation bar (As provided in link)

For Win XP Pro

Start Run - gpedit.msc
User Configuration - Administrative Templates
Windows Components - Internet Explorer (right pane)
Enable: Moving the menu bar above the navigation bar

Note 11/27/06: I just tried this worked perfectly. I also tried undo and it worked perfectly.
This is on my Inspiron with WinXP Home Edition. So if you do not like it, you can undo it.

Have not done it on my Dimension E510, as I have not D/L IE7 yet, and it has WinXP Pro.
