I recently inherited a computer that is an Intel Pentium 4 with Windows 98 operarting system. It has been used by someone else so I was cleaning it up and it was working fine. I shut it down last night, turned it on this morning and it seemed fine until I got a message "signal out of range". I shut the computer off and since then it will not come back up. It beeps several beeps (same every time) but nothing shows on the monitor. Note: the monitor is on, I turn on the computer and it immediately turns off the monitor during all the beeping that goes on. I can see that it does go to both of the CD drives that on the computer.

Can you help?
