....to do what? like have a home network type of deal? file sharing etc?

if you both have broadband and both of your routers are capable...you COULD set up a VPN between the two locations...

It is possible with wifi and several hundred $$ in parts. Directional wifi has been broadcast further than that.
The problem I would have with telling you how to do it is the TOS (Terms Of Service) you have with your ISP. As far as I know no ISP would allow such a connection to be made. This would violate the contract you have signed and agreed to. By us helping you, we would in essence assist in breech of contract. It is not like we could go to jail, or be sued. It is just not the right thing to do.
I may be wrong, but I do not think you will find anyone here that is willing to assist you violate the TOS.
