Hi:
I am trying to import the address book from hotmail to outlook.
I logged in to hotmail pressed print view
copied and pasted into excel
and saved as CSV file.

After this I imported into Outlook with import other address book.

It imported the names but refuses to import the e-mail column.

Says: the contact has a non-internet e-mail address.

When tried to add manually to outlook will not accept says it only accepts ASCII.

PLEASE HELP!!

This is far easier, import into Outlook Express, Export from Outlook Express into a format that Outlook can read. Import into Outlook.

Thanks
The easiest solution is to open the address book, under tools use synchronize!
