8800 GTS Unlocking

I know that the 8800 GTX & GTS are nearly identical w/ the same number of transistors and that the GTS is just shorter and has 1 less PCI'ex power connector and that 1 ROP and 32 stream processors are locked. Now, can you do a BIOS or pencil mod etc to unlock the ROP and stream processors?
