Cingularccm.exe error message

I have an Acer with Windows XP which I use Ericcson card GC83 wth Cingual Connection Manager. Whenever I click on the CCM icon an error message appears that says Cingularccm.exe has a problem and needs to be closed. I close out and problem reoccurs. Second Cingular Tech says remove and reinstall CCM. did that but same message. Help
