Hi, I used to have quickbooks installed on my home computer, until I had to scrub my hard drive
because of viruses. I have since reinstalled my dell software and tried to reinstall my quickbooks
but it keeps saying "can not install third party flashplayer 7.0, you need to go to www.marcromedia.com/flashplayer/software and download flash there and continue to download quickbooks. I have tried to find flashplayer 7.0 as a free download and can not find it, I have downloaded flash 9.0 but it still gives me this error. What do I need to do? Maybe I forgot to load something from one of the dell cd's?
Help,

I found this at QuickBook's site: http://www.quickbook...x?kbID=b567b4f8. Is this the error you are getting?

Which version of QuickBooks are you installing? Is there a folder on the QBs CD that says something like Flash, Adobe Flash, or possibly Additional Software? Maybe the Flash 7 is on their CD.

Hi, LindaGail,
thanks for the info I will try this, the CD that I have does not let me do anything until it
tries to install flash 7.0 and once it is unsuccessful it just stops loading. I am not sure
which version I have, I will look.
I will see if downloading adobe flash helps and if not I will post a reply.
Thanks again,
