OK I have a DSL Modem, Phone Line in, to modem, and Eathernet Line out to my Desktop. What do I need to hook up to my dsl modem, to send one wireless signal to another Desktop, it also has a Eathernet Card. P.S as cheep as possible. (Walmart style Please).........Or Can I use one of the setups below. Can I use my DSL Modem, via eathernet cord to one of these, and run eathernet cable to the closest desktop, and use pci adapter card on the other desktop in another room.

If I'm understanding you correctly you are wanting wired access on 1 pc and wireless access on another pc. correct?

If this is the case, the cheapest and most reliable hardware setup would be this:

Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Broadband Router
Linksys WMP54G 802.11g 54Mbps Wireless PCI Adapter

your setup should look like this when you are done:
