I am running XP home and just lately strange things are happening.

If I try to delete Sent emails a warning notice pops up and states that it has encountered a problem and shuts down when I click ok.

When surfing and I go to download the same notice and the web page shuts down.

I tried to download Firefox but that rotten warning notice pops up and shuts the web site down..... :whistling:

This is a bit similar to what is happening to me and I have a virus. Try scanning your computer and see if there are any infections. use avg anti-spyware. Some of my antivirus programs freeze when they find the virus so the same thing may happen to you as well.

I have AVG on always but I ran Ewido to be safe and it found this and cleaned it.

I will try the emails today and see how it goes.
