I can't download anything!

Please help! Everytime I try to download anything, I get this message:

Example:

C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content,IE5\1SX0PLAS\wmp11-windowsxp-x86-enu[1].exe is not a valid Win32 application

Can anyone please help?

Hi Kim:

I think you may need to reinstalled WMP 11. You may have been disconnected or clicked the wrong thing at the time the Installer was downloading. Download WMP11 here using IE and see if this cures your problem (make sure it gets properly installed):
