Problems with DVD/CD-RW erasing or formating

Ok ok... Could some tell me who to deal with my problem. I have DVD +/- RW device - LG DVDRAM GSA-4167B if that says you something. The problem is that I can't erase or format my DVD's or CD's... Neor Burning ROM shows me, that these DVD's / CD's can not be erased / formated (in any way (full/quick)). Everything was Ok, and suddenlly this problem appeared. Tried to erase with InCD - same thing. :whistling:

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. I suggest going to Nero's web page and checking for any software updates for your Nero product.

Hi. Thaks for advice. I'll try that, but I don't think that will change anything. You see, I've tried to erase/format with InCD - it's not Nero's product, I think...

But still, I'll try to find some updates...
