im sorry if these seems like one of those obvious questions and i dont even know if i got this question in the right forum but is these any way at all to erase a normal cd-r disc

No problem, RWs are wonderful for temporary burnings. I've been using the same one for about 30 or so burns so far, trying to find the limit of a Memorex RW. :whistling:
