windows cannot find '(null)'

i have a dell inspiron 5160 laptop when i turned it on the other day and went to browse the internet i get windows cannot find '(null)'. and thats it? i can not get on at all theres nothing wrong with my connection ive checked. im running kapersky always and updating and doing regular tests. when i go into it it has 45 detected viruses i think but i can not delete them, lots are trojan and malware is this the problem? please could you tell me how to completly clean my computer of these? im not sure which program to use. please help
