Hello all,

I was recently trying to install a new game and a popup message told me I needed to update my video card driver to version 81.98 or higher in order to install and play the game. My card is an Nvidia Geforce Go 6200 for thin laptops. I have a Sony Vaio laptop.

So I did searches and found the Forceware driver updater for my card model. It's an exe file that is a windows installer to install the new driver. I double click on it, and after a couple clicks on the word next I find myself with an error message.

" The Nvidia setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit."

I also tried looking for a sony driver update, but the only one I can find from their support page is the driver version I already have.

Help is appreciated.

If you downloaded the 84.63 build it is for the GO 7900 cards. You might try these earlier builds.

or

Or you might look here to see if any of these drivers will work.
