Webpages won't load at work but does at home

Have a laptop. At work cannot access weather.com but can at Home. Another desktop at the office cannot access either. Both get messages about Error: Objected Expected and some others. Other people at the office (only 6 of us) can access. Add'l fact, we just relocated our office and this is the first time either pc has had the problem that I've noticed. Changed ISPs.

Where do I start?
