How do I backup everything in Outlook Express?

I'm going to be formatting my laptop but need to backup my information first. I need to backup everything in my outlook express acount, this includes all messages, address book, blocked sender list etc. Anyone know how this can be done? And then also after formatting how would I make everything come back into outlook express?
Thanks in advance for the help. I'm using Windows XP Pro.

This looks at backing up Outlook Express

After the back up, check you can import it before deleting anything
