DEAR ALL,
i am regular member of this forum. THis is good forum. hope i will get answer to my question.
here we go.
while installting symantec antivirus i found error "The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. (Tell me why this testing is important.)

This software will not be installed. Contact your system administrator."

what could be the problem.

My system configurations are as follows:

WinXP sp2 with IE 6.0(sp1)
no other antivirus installed.
