Error message while attempting to connect to the net!

Hi,

Im working for a company that have blocked usage of the internet to most employees but I know there is a a way around it but the people that know how to switch the internet on won't tell. :whistling:

Ok so when I open a browser on my pc and try to connect to google for example I get the following message.

'The following error occured. 403 forbidden
Access denied by access control list.
Could not open error file.'

Has anybody any ideas as to where or how I can try to switch the internet on?

Hope ive given enough info if anymore is needed please let me know.
