I just bought a motherboard/CPU/memory combo. They are a pull from someone's computer so they have been used. My question is, will the BIOS already be setup having been used before?

All BIOSes are "set" as such. The majority of them are running on default settings which work, but are not always the most optimal settings. Therefore you shouldn't need to change anything.
