this forum doesn't get quite as much supervision as the malware forum, where you probably would have got an answer quicker.
Dr Watson is a windows error detection tool. It is doing its job by detecting a piece of software that was poorly written and causing issues. Worse yet, it is a rapidly spreading malware program whose intent is to serve your computer ads.
If ever there was a reason to outlaw such things, this particular piece of malware has moved from simply commerce to malevolent. It is every bit as destructive as a virus and the makers should be incarcerated
End of rant.
You need to post a hijackthis log in the malware forum after following a few basic steps illustrated in the forum READ THIS FIRST post.
Someone will help you out.

Hmm, this is coming off condescending and that is not my intent.
I am directing you to that forum because in 80 percent of the cases, a malware infestation is the cause of your command in Windows XP.
For the sake of order and keeping things running smoothly, I tend to direct such problems to that forum first, where there are people who have actually gone through some basic training in spyware detection...ie, they specialize in it.
I can certainly help you if for some reason they are so swamped that they cannot get to you, but I am technically not a moderator/staffer or even trusted techie on this site since I've not gone through the process.
If you're willing to accept my word as credentials enough, I would be happy to help you.
Simply download hijackthis from the download page, start it, and select scan and create log. then copy the log here.
I may be walking out shortly though...which is why I suggested the other forum, which is fully staffed
