can i disable the start menu in a limited account ? do i have to get a program/software for this ? Is there any free programs/software out there ? If i have to pay can you recommend some thing.

Thank you for that - just one question, will this affect all accounts i.e 2x admin and 1x limited as i only want it to affect the limited account.
