Yes, I've installed the Hosts file, and Shields told me that my HTTP was open.

Yes, I did. I installed the Hosts file. Shields Up told me that HTTP was open.

As I said to you in my last post, you may be better off posting in another more suitable forum.

The intricacies of firewalls is not my field of expertise, although I thought that Shields Up also gave you good information on anything it finds together with solutions to any problems.
