i dont think so. I no you can with the 360 cause its detected by windows. You can link it up to your pc via Ethernet cable to get internet though by bridging the connections between the ethernet connection and say wireless but if your pc only has one ethernet port that you are using you cant.

Well, there's no real way to do what you just said unless you buy some adapter (which I'm not even sure exists) to change your monitor's input into slots for the red, white, and yellow wires that come with a PS2.
Of course, assuming you have the games, it would also be perfectly legal to download a PS2 emulator (PCSX2 I think it's called) and getting the ISO image off your game and using it to play on the computer. But, the emulator actually doesn't work with many games and will run extremely slowly on almost all games it runs.
