Having problems instaling SP2

When i go to run SP2 and instal it it says dos in use by another app or program, can any one can help :whistling:
also if i type command into run dos comes up for less than a second then closes again :help:
i have tryed all sorts but cant manage to fix any one has any idea :blink:

To rule out possible infection, do you have antivirus and/or anti-spyware software installed? If so, are the definitions updated and have you run a full scan?

I have no anti virus software i cannot afford :blink: you know were i can get any free stuffs? :whistling:
