Everyone so helpful with my other question, heres another.. (its fix all the computers night here!)

P4 (dont know the specs, can't turn it on (see below) roughly 3ghz. Was working fine with a GeForce5200 AGP video card. Uninstalled the device drivers in windows, unplugged it - put in a new XFX GeForce 6800XTreme (AGP8x, 138DDR3) in and attempt to power up - all I get is one long hideous beep, nothing comes to life in terms of boot. Beep wont stop unless it gets shut off. If I unplug the card from AGP slot, it turns on with no beep. I tried reinstalling card in slot, no luck, same problem. Any clues? Things to try? - do I need to reinstall the 5200, and tinker with the BIOS? I dont see why it shouldnt pick up this one in the same slot if it was ok with the 5200 right?

thanks for any assistance, you all are great!
