I am totally "NEW" at trying to fix a problem but really good at creating them....my son's computer (emachine) when you turn it on.....a blue screen comes up and states the following"
Windoes
Press enter
or press CTRL ALT DEL
ERROR OE 016 fbff8E643

well if i select "enter" I get another error message.....If press ctrl alt del....I get a new opening attempt.....and then get the same message...

what do I do
he is using WindowsME

Hi,

I did a google search for your error and it did not turn up anything witch is unusual, the only thing I can think of is to reinstall windows.

You could also post over in operating systems maybe they can help more but if you would like to do a reinstall try this Guide it is for windows 98 but ME is the same.
