I am having problems with downloaded movies.

I have the sound to the movie, but no picture.

did you just recently update windows media player to the 11 version...I have had 2 calls in the last 2 days with the same problem...if so try rolling the player back to 10...
you could also try system restore...go back at least a week before the problem started...
