AVG detected Flooder.AKE this morning, upon removal ask to restart computer, while restarting can't even get to bios and keeps rebooting itself. Also AVG showed Partition table - error as well as boot sector of C: - error.

PLEASE HELP, I've been working on this all day!!!!

Basically a false positive detection has led to a system file being quarantined. This results in the reboot loop that you are now experiencing.
