I am currently experiencing problems with pop ups when i log onto my home page, i've used a number of programmes as recommended in an attemp to remove them yet with no success. I attach my hijack this log, please can anyone advise. many thanks. Can you also make directions as clear as possible as i'm not great with computers. Thaks again.

Hello lenkie,

Please put HJT in it's own permanent folder....for storing important backups!!!

Click My Computer, then C:\
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Please put Hijackthis into the newly created folder and post a new log.
