Hi! I am having these problems with my laptop, the first one is this RUNDLL error message which says "Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1bar\3.bin\MWSBAR.DLL The specified file could not be found" :whistling:
The second problem is that, after installing Zone ALarm, I´ve noticed that, when windows starts up, sometimes the ZA icon wont show up, and in that occasion the internet wont start at all, freezing the whole system, being necessary to shut down the computer manually. :blink:
Could anyone help please? I´d appreciate it!! :help:
Thank you very very much!!

your infected with coolwideweb

so you should go to the malware forum and they can remove it there

do this

http://www.filehippo...oad_hijackthis/

then post here

i use windows firewall i know that zone alarm is good but if it freezes your computer remove zone alarm and use windows firewall when malware is removed from your computer then reinstall zonealarm if its still a problem remove it. use windows firewall and let us know there are other good firewalls out there

from start >>control panel>>click on windows firewall>>on recommended>>click ok

Hey!
Thanks a lot indeed!! I will do as you say, but do you think windows firewall is as safe as zone alarm? N another thing I didnt quite get, should uninstall ZA and then reinstall again after the malware is removed?
Cheers!! :whistling:

let me rephrase it

disable ZA it till the malware is gone....only because of the freeze its causing...but use windows firewall in the mean time

then enable ZAwhen your clear....if the freezing continues then its your choice whether you want use it or not

===============================================

i dont know what got install first the malware or zonealarm

but my guess is that zonealarm is fighting a losing battle against malware

so thats probably why it freezes your computer
