Hoping someone can help me. I've had the new version of Nero for a week and am unable to transcode any mpegs and burn a dvd. I've tried it in safe mode, which worked once but without audio. It either hangs while transcoding a file and never finishes (it will stay that way for 6 hours frozen on one spot till I forceably shut it down) No logs are ever created. I've installed and reinstalled it several times. Used the disk cleaners. removed roxio. used tthe roxio cleaner to remove all traces of it. Defraged and disk cleaned. I'm really not sure what to do. I've got 25 gb of free hard drive space, 1gb of memory so that shouldn't be the issue.
Any help would be great
