I buy new computer and installed a Windows Home, and now when i start windows if I don't move mouse my computer is restarting. I must to move mouse all the time because my computer restarts.
Please help

Press the power button and keep tapping F8 until you get options, choose safe mode, choose the administrator account

Does it load then?
