my computer is running windows xp home edition and it is having problems when i boot up and log in. The only problem with boot up is that it is extremley slow. My log in problem is that when i log in i can see my backeground but none of my desktop icons are there. neither is the start menu. I tried to reset to last known working setting but nothing happend. Could you please give me som advice.
